Health Options® CVD risk assessment software

The Health Options® software allows for the delivery of a comprehensive CVD risk assessment. The programme provides health advisors with a tool for; inputting data, assessing CVD risk, and producing full client reports. Health Options® health screening software is a highly configurable and functional piece of software which gives consistency to a health check programme, whilst remaining easy to use.

The software can be tailored to individual PCT needs.

• Signposting to other local NHS services
• The ability to create GP referral letters
• Clinical reporting for GP’s with 5 byte read codes
• A secure upload feature to facilitate central data collection and analysis

Health Options® is fully compliant with the NHS guidelines in ‘Putting Prevention First’ and is regularly updated with the latest findings from the DH, WHO and NICE.
