Support
Health Diagnostics offers an extensive range of support to ensure the smooth operation of the
programme within a pharmacy setting.
Clients will have access to both telephone and email support (available between the hours of 9:00 to
17:00 Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays). Support covers both IT (relating to the software provided)
and general support relating to the delivery of the NHS Health Check Service, including equipment supplied. There is no
limit on the telephone support given.
The software support includes software updates which are produced during the term of the contract.
These are available to download from the Health Diagnostics website. Due to the evolving nature of the
DH NHS Health Check process, the software programme is being constantly updated to reflect the
‘Best Practice Guidance'.
