Our sales policy

1. The company, Health Diagnostics Limited, hereinafter Health Diagnostics, reserves the right to modify its prices, discounts, terms of payment, terms of delivery and other terms of sale without prior notice.
2. All prices quoted are in pounds sterling and are exclusive of delivery charges and vat. Minimum order value: £50 plus delivery and VAT on all orders placed on account. No minimum order for credit/debit card purchases.
3. All orders must be confirmed in writing, quoting an official order number where appropriate.
4. A cancellation of order received prior to delivery of goods/services will be subject to a 15% cancellation charge. A cancellation of order received after delivery of goods/services will not be accepted.
5. Delivery will normally be by carrier or Royal Mail. In the event of goods being received damaged, claims must be notified to Health Diagnostics by telephone upon receipt and confirmed in writing within 3 working days.
6. Settlement terms are strictly payment with order or approved 30-day account.
7. Invoices must be paid in full, without discount being applied, unless it is with the written authorisation of Health Diagnostics. All goods remain the property of Health Diagnostics until payment in full has been received by the company.
8. Late payment by an approved 30 day account will incur a 1.5% per month interest charge.
9. All goods supplied by Health Diagnostics carry the manufacturers guarantee, which is always subject to fair wear and tear. Damage due to misuse is not covered.
10. All goods must be returned to Health Diagnostics for repair or replacement. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the client.
11. Any disputes between Health Diagnostics and the customer will be subject to the jurisdiction of English law.
