Health Diagnostics have completed version 8 of the NHS Connecting for Health’s Information Governance Toolkit and continually assess their compliance with the policies and standards set out by the Department of Health’s Information Governance.

Health Diagnostics are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) which covers the collection of Health Administration and Services. This includes the storing of patient details, lifestyle and social circumstances, racial or ethnic origin, physical or mental health and conditions.
