‘The Metropolitan Police Service has been using the services of Health Diagnostics since 2005, primarily for our health promotion programmes. We have found the Health Diagnostics software easy to use, practical and very reliable indeed. Furthermore, we were able to adapt existing programmes to suit our requirements.

Throughout our relationship with Health Diagnostics we have found them to be very helpful, both in an advisory capacity and more importantly perhaps, in after sales care, with any problems that may have arisen. To put the last point in context, these have mainly been user error on our part, as there has been very few actual software issues, if any, that have caused us disruption. When we have had cause to call them between Monday and Friday, they have always been contactable, and have extended themselves to help to resolve our issues, always with a positive outcome.’
