'I inherited the CVD screening project in Leicester as I took on the post of Pharmacy Contract manager. What initially impressed me about Health Diagnostics, was their patience in explaining the process and system to me. As I moved on and started to have to make decisions about the project I found that the team at health Diagnostics were very quick to respond to requests for information that I needed to support those decisions I have made requests for the analysis of large amounts if information and Health Diagnostics were always very clear with me whether such an analysis was possible and how long it would take, so I always knew exactly where I was.

As we’ve gone on and my understanding of the screening project has developed, I have regularly been impressed by just how current their knowledge is. The CVD screening tool, as well as being popular with both contractors and patients, impresses me as adaptable and responsive. Health Diagnostics have repeatedly impressed me as being ahead of the curve and anticipating developments at a national level and making plans for how they will respond and adapt to them.’
